Creating AI art is a constant dialogue between my inner world and the AI’s interpretation. It’s a process of discovery and refinement, where the unexpected often leads to the most captivating results.
How would you describe your artistic style?
A Collaborative Dance With AI
My artistic style, which I’ve cultivated through a collaborative dance with AI, can be best described as Avant-Garde Surrealism. It centers around the human figure as a focal point, often placed within surreal yet serene scenarios. My aim is to capture a sense of quiet progression, a visual journey akin to a dream subtly materializing into reality – a concept reflected in my artist name, Insanne Dreams.
What themes or ideas do you see in your work?
Reality Versus Dream
My work delves into the themes of reality versus dream, visual progression, the human experience in the surreal, the interplay of fashion and fantasy, serene disquiet, the power of visual intuition, and glimpses of a futuristic reality.
How important is color to you?
Interplay of Electric Neon Shades
Color is incredibly important to my artistic expression. I find myself frequently drawn to the vibrant energy of neon hues. There’s something about the intensity of neon pinks, purples, yellows, and greens that deeply resonates with my visual sensibilities and seems to spark a particular joy in my creative process. While I also utilize the striking contrast of red, black, and white, and the boldness of solid pinks, it’s often the interplay of those electric neon shades that takes center stage in my work. These colors, for me, contribute significantly to the dreamlike and futuristic atmosphere I aim to create, adding a layer of visual excitement and otherworldliness to the surreal scenarios I depict.
How does making AI art make you feel?
An Overabundance of Creativity
Creating AI art feels incredibly liberating. It’s as though it provides a conduit for the often-wandering thoughts and images within my mind to finally take tangible form. Perhaps I experience an overabundance of creativity, or maybe I’m simply a perpetual dreamer, but AI art has undeniably become a powerful tool for channeling this inner landscape into a visible reality. It allows me to witness and admire the manifestations of my own thoughts and ideas in a way that feels both grounding and exhilarating.
